EF’s Global Travel Protection includes travel insurance, but cancellations are only allowed up to 60 days before departure and are refunded as a voucher (valid for 180 days toward another EF tour). If unused, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Travel Insured International offers a budget-friendly travel insurance option ($20–$30 based on age), but does not include trip cancellation by default.
